Purpose
These general terms govern the publication of death notices on this site by A&G Funeral Group as part of the funerals it arranges.
Published at the family’s request
A notice is only published with the consent of the person in charge of the funeral. Its content (text, photo, ceremonies, whether condolences and flowers are open) is agreed with them and entered by our advisers in our management tool.
Online publication is included in the funeral arrangements; it is not charged separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes, suspension and removal
The family may at any time ask for the notice to be changed, suspended (no longer visible but kept) or permanently deleted together with the condolences received. Simply contact your adviser or call 02 792 08 00; the request is handled without delay.
Condolences and flowers
Condolences are reviewed before publication and passed on to the family. Flowers are ordered on the A&G Funeral website (ag-funeral.be) and governed by its terms of sale.
Duration
Unless the family asks otherwise, the notice stays online so that loved ones can return to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protection rules.
